THE STORY OF FLORAL AND NATURAL DYES

Natural and herbal dyes are made out of collected natural plants amongst which dried flower petals, collected from Indian temples, where these flowers had been given as offerings to the gods. The styles, pleated to dye are all handmade by talented urban artisans creating unique coloration effects and patterns that are reproducing the beauty and diversity of rare species… All materials used are  noble natural fibers  such as silk, linen and organic cotton, cashmere, French angora using 100% natural dyes for their coloration. Arts and handy-crafts take an important place in the expression of human talents and guarantee the maintenance of valuable know-how which make each piece of the collection a unique experience of rare luxurious creation inside out.

JOHANNA RIPLINGER is the brand name for ecologically sustainable and luxurious high fashion  women’s wear  launched with the summer 2013 collectionduring the Fashion Week in Berlin.
